Downloading now - will update later today when installed... if I can get to it today (busy day).

***Late night update*** so finally got it installed took way longer than expected due to personal reasons not install process. I have three laptops: a win, a mac, and a linux. I followed the instructions and attempted to use my linux box but it is dead (physically -power issue) so i tried my windows box to no avail. I then switch over to mac and got it installed.

I did hit one snag wrt to install - part of the script has "create kali img" section - that failed for me. I get a permission error. Not sure why its needed though as most things seem to work. This build has the pwnie UI and reverse shells just for the record. I will play around with it this week and hopefully get a new version of the pwnpack released that will work on it.

If any tries the install and gets the kail img stuff to work let me know what you did.

2nd gen Nexus 7 only, well thats a bummer but I guess I expected it. Looks like I might go pick up a 2013 Nexus 7 with LTE to load this on. I'll probably keep my 2012 Nexus 7 with Binky's Kali, since that one runs pretty well.

No need for LTE - you can install it on WiFi only nexus 7 2nd gen (2013)

Were you able to install it on Nexus 7 2013 WiFi only? A little worried about flashing mine when the specs say LTE only model.

The only experience I have with Kali is on one of my students nexus' (mine on loan to him to play with) so I can't say. I do know this: Binky has made a great product and should be on Pwnie's payroll; having said that, I have reasons for developing more towards Pwnie's products (I work the pwnpack stuff) than open source. I am a firm believer in having more than one so you can play with both :) So far it reminds me a lot of 2012 with some changes - UI now & reverse shells, Kali tools. still trying to get posttgresql to work so that may still be an issue.
