Now that we've got Y-cable charging support I'm looking for which ones people have had success with. Binky thinks he used one from
http://www.amazon.com/Micro-Cable-Power-Nexus-Galaxy/dp/B00CXAC1ZW and that's the one I'm going to order and try out (funding is slim for me right now).

Here are a couple other possibilities that I have not tried...

http://www.amazon.com/Micro-Cable-Power-Samsung-AtomicMarket/dp/B009YPYORM

The main trouble is that many reviewers of these cables say that it'll power a device but not charge. What ones have you had success with?

Tested: http://www.amazon.com/Micro-Cable-Power-Nexus-Galaxy/dp/B00CXAC1ZW Result: Does not charge tablet, does not connect to external device, does not power external device. Verdict: Fail

Any basic y-cable for the nexus 7 will work...however I dont even use a y-cable anymore!into my otg.cable.I have had great success with the usb hub from the hakshop from hak5. Just do a Google search for hakshop and look for their usb hub, the cost is like $5 USD.

Then what I do is plug the SINGLE otg cable into my nexus 7 tablet and plug the usb hub into the otg cable. From there you can connect multiple usb wifi devices and bluetooth devices.

That USB bundle looks interesting. Might get one anyway to test but they're currently sold out. The OTG-OTG cable also looks handy.
