So I've been working on modifying the Pineapple web interface to work on the Kali Pwnpad and has some limited success. If you want to run it you can just run the update scripts in configkalipwn then run the webserver.sh to install/run. The script checks to see if the folder is there overtime you run so you can keep running webserver.sh to start it. Things that are now working: nmap ![]() tcpdump ![]() urlsnarf ![]() resources ![]() pineapple bar (don't install modules as they are not designed for kali. you can however bin to navigation bar.) ![]() Things that are broken/need work: Configuration (karma needs to be played with) Jobs (php says missing /etc/crontabs/root | unsure if this is a kali thing) SSH (same problem as jobs as there is an /etc/crontab plus it uses dropbear) Scripts (these need to be reworked) sslstrip (getting an iptables error and ps in php. log file saved but doesn't appear to be doing anything) Reaver (works until you put it into monitor mode and try to scan...which will reset your device.) ettercap(needs testing) ============================= Yeah, so those pictures were taken on my Nexus 5 also so they are a bit small. Anyways, just wanted to let people know I've made some progress on this. Having a web based control center is where I would love to see this going as it works better on mobile devices. Wow! That's cool. The idea with the webinterface very good. It is more flexible. Thanks for you hard work. Will test it and help out if I can. What about FruityWiFi? It doesn't work for you? May we can take a look at that source to fix some problems. It is also based on Kali and need not so much changes? |

I think we could take the old android browser source and build a dedicated interface out of it. Trim all the unnecessary code and lean it out a bit. Might be able to sort out the hardware reboot with less memory usage. |

Building a "web browser" doesn't appear to be to difficult...I found a few resources: http://www.mybloggertricks.com/2013/11/create-android-web-browsing-app.html https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uc9-JrEy8vw edit I'll play around with FruityWifi more and see if I can get it working/stable. Haha. That's even easier than I was thinking. I just cleared out some ROM space on my n7, I'll set your image up when I get back home, then ill throw a quick app together if you haven't by that time. |

@m4xx3d0ut - I was testing the FruityWifi this morning which *sorta* works. Theres things I like and dislike about it. But if you want to throw an app together that would be cool. Only recommendation is if you do put the kalipwn I recommend you do the update.zip method and not the old recovery image. |

i put this together on the flight home last night. its pretty much just a browser window that on goes to localhost:8000. give it a try and let me know if it works. EDIT: Had to pull the apk. Localhost won't load using webview... Gonna do a little reading. Edited by m4xx3d0ut, Dec 26 2013, 04:07 PM.

Some googlin shows that "localhost" doesn't work but using the ip address instead "http://127.0.0.1". Maybe give that a shot?

Didn't work either... Tried linking from a local HTML file, no go. The api doesn't look like it directly supports it, I might be able to use webview to load browser via a local html or build it out in java (which might work) I'll play with more code tomorrow. |

So I think I'm abandoning the pineapple web-ui for the already modified pineapple web-ui (FruityWifi). I've built a mobile menu for it that is working well. Nmap works also. If anyone wants to try it you can update your scripts and run fruitywifi.sh. |
